It is with great sadness that the Windsor Wolves acknowledge the passing of two important members of our club’s history, Robert “Bob” Monaghan and Tony Buckpitt.

💚💛Robert “Bob” Monaghan – Life Member #6

Bob’s dedication, commitment and contribution to the Windsor Wolves and Windsor Leagues Club over many years will always be remembered.

Bob captained Windsor’s A-Grade team to its first premiership in 1969, served as President of the Football Club, and played an instrumental role in building the original structures that became part of the Leagues Club, canteen and football change rooms.

💚💛Tony Buckpitt – Windsor Wolves Team of the Century

Tony also holds a special place in Windsor’s proud rugby league history and was recognised for his contribution on the field with selection in the Windsor Wolves Team of the Century at Second Row.

🙏 Tony Buckpitt’s Funeral Friday 4th September 11am @ North Chapel, Pinegrove Cemetery. Following the service, a wake at Penrith Leagues Club.

The Windsor Wolves extend our sincere condolences to the Monaghan and Buckpitt families, their friends, former teammates and all who knew them.

Two proud members of Windsor’s history who will always be remembered💚💛🐺

After a fantastic season of footy, our girls have earned the opportunity to play for the premiership this weekend — and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them run out in the green and gold!💪

A huge well done to the players and coaching staff - coach Scoot, manager Kerrie, trainers Gene, Neru & Adam. Thanks for all the work, commitment and effort that has gone into reaching the Grand Final.
