Almost 5 years ago this AMAZING lady joined our group and since then she has gone from strength to strength ! Weights, cardio, abs - she does it ALL and rarely misses a session and today, her birthday was no exception - there early and worked HARD ! 🙂
At 76 years young today she is a true inspiration to us ALL !! We are so LUCKY to have her !!! Happy Birthday - we 🥰 love you 🙂

The fun, fitness and friendship at Aqua Cardio Fit wont 🛑 stop just because the main pool is having an update !!!! The can do attitute will continue in the Billabong Pool (that is the same depth as the shallow end of the main pool so little people - it’s your time to ✨ SHINE 😂).

REMINDERS FOR UPCOMING 4 WEEKS -
AQUA - classes as normal with some wonderful special guest instructors (only 20th August there will be NO class)
BOOTCAMP - You all know what is happening 😂 ENJOY -
Next round starts Monday 7th September for bootcamp and we will also be back on deck by the pool on the same day 🙂
