📣 WE’RE HIRING – OFFICE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

Do you love helping people, staying organised and being part of a friendly team? Premier Gymnastics is looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming club at Morningside.

This role is available on a casual or permanent part-time basis, with hours to be discussed with the successful applicant.

As the first point of contact for our families, gymnasts and visitors, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll also help keep our busy gymnastics club running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Welcoming families, gymnasts and visitors with a friendly smile

* Responding to telephone and email enquiries

* Assisting families with enrolments and general account enquiries

* Completing general administration and data entry

* Maintaining accurate records

* Supporting communication with parents and staff

* Assisting with other reception and office duties as required

We’re looking for someone who:

* Is warm, approachable and confident communicating with families

* Is highly organised and enjoys keeping things running smoothly

* Has excellent attention to detail

* Can confidently manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

* Is comfortable using computers, email and office programs

* Works well both independently and as part of a team

* Is dependable, proactive and eager to learn

* Has previous reception, administration or customer-service experience

Experience in gymnastics, sport or a children’s activity-based business would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and would love to contribute to our positive, family-focused environment.

The successful applicant must hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Working with Children Blue Card.

A reminder that all Premier Gymnastics venues and our office will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday 12th August, for the Ekka public holiday.

Day 1 of the Junior State Championships has been a fantastic start for our team! 🌟

This weekend marks one of the biggest events of the year for our Junior athletes as they take to the competition floor at the Junior State Championships!

Our Rhythmic athletes will compete on Friday, followed by our Aerobics athletes on Saturday, with both competitions taking place at the Logan Metro Sports & Events Centre.

Months of hard work, dedication and determination and we could not be prouder of every athlete representing Premier Gymnastics.

If you are looking for something to do this weekend, we would love to see our Premier community there cheering on our athletes! Wear your green and pink loud and proud and help create an amazing atmosphere!

To all of our gymnasts trust your training, enjoy every moment and remember how proud we already are of everything you have achieved.
