New GFit Group Training Schedule 💪🏼💥

This starts on Monday 24th of July!

(Remember we are closed for one week on the 17th for a little mid year break) 🔋

The 9am on Saturday will be a fortnightly rotation trial class for Sweat & Sculpt! 💪🏼

Additional 5pm classes have also been added ☑️

Unfortunately due to not quite enough interest, the 9am classes for Monday / Thursday have not yet been added on BUT if you are super keen for them, please get in touch with me so I can continue to look at numbers and possibilities! 👌🏼

These sessions today were super challenging but the girls showed up, levelled up & smashed it out 🔥❤️‍🔥
