Our Spring Timetable officially launches Monday 7 September and she is BIG 👏🏼🩷

Although, you’ll get to start a little early with Katie’s fortnightly Sunday ALIGN kicking off on 6 September ✨

What’s new for Spring?

🌸 Tuesday afternoon FLO HIIT with Candice

🌸 New Monday + Tuesday 9:30am options

🌸 Brand new early Thursday morning classes

🌸 Fortnightly Sunday afternoon ALIGN with Katie. These have been so popular this month, so we’re very excited to officially add them to the timetable!

🌸 Thursday afternoon classes have been pushed back by 15 minutes to make that post-work / afternoon sport rush just a little easier 🤞🏼

And to all of our regular Tuesday Mat girls, we’re sorry to see this one leave the weekly timetable 🥺 Grace will be offering some Sunday Mat pop-ups in the near future, so keep those eyes peeled!
