A bit about me. I have always been an active person with a keen interest in the workings of the human body. I worked for many years as an ICU nurse, but it was following the birth of my first child, 14 years ago, that I found Pilates as a way to address my sore lower back. By building on my core strength and overall flexibility, the transformation in my body was remarkable and I have never looked back.
