Some GVRD members travelled to support our friends at DCRD in Bendigo, taking on important Non-Skating Official (NSO) roles! 🙌

🛼Dunn Damage kicked things off with jam starting
🛼EOS was on point with scoring
🛼Principal Pain and Lady McDeath kept things running smoothly in the penalty box.

And remember, ANYONE can volunteer and participate as an NSO! It’s a fantastic way to get involved and give back to the roller derby community.

🛼Dunn Damage #37 Derby Debut🍑

Our very own Dunn Damage had her first ever derby debut at the Dragon City Roller Derby - DCRD Christmas Scrimmage last weekend!!
We were so proud to watch her play in all the roles! Her first time taking the track and she was the Jammer!!!

We can't wait to watch her play again in the new year!!!

On Saturday GVRD had a great time training and rolling with Glow and the crowds at Shepp Show!

We hope that;

💸 The people that purchased merchandise enjoy it!
🛼 The people that enquired about having a go at Roller Derby join us on a Saturday 2-4pm at Shepparton Baptist Church!
👀 The people that watched us train were intrigued and impressed!
🕺 Everyone enjoyed the Roller Disco!
🎡 Everyone had a safe and happy time at the show!

Today we dressed up for R U Okay day and (as usual) made sure the day was fun, inviting, inclusive and supportive!

It's okay not to be okay, but remember there's ALWAYS someone in your corner, ready to fight your battles right alongside you!!
