At UCANDANCE, we believe that being an outstanding dancer is about so much more than technique and performance. It's about the impact you have on those around you, the kindness you show, the encouragement you give, and the positive difference you make every single day.

It is with great pride that we announce Izzy Pensak as the recipient of our Heart of the Studio Recognition voucher. 🖤

Izzy truly embodies everything this recognition represents. Whether she's in the studio, backstage at competitions, or cheering from the audience, she is always supporting those around her. She uplifts every student, encourages every teacher, celebrates the successes of others as though they were her own, and never misses an opportunity to make someone feel valued.

Her kindness doesn't stop when classes end. Izzy is constantly leaving thoughtful, encouraging comments on our dancers social media posts, celebrating their achievements and making sure everyone feels seen, supported and celebrated. She genuinely wants to see others succeed, and her positivity has become such a special part of our UCANDANCE family.

To recognise the incredible impact Izzy has on our studio community, she will receive a $100 UCANDANCE Merchandise Voucher as a small token of our appreciation.

What an incredible exam weekend! 🖤🤍

A huge congratulations to every one of our beautiful ballet and tap dancers who participated. We are so proud of the dedication, courage and determination you showed throughout the weekend.

Exams are about so much more than grades..they're an opportunity to improve, grow in confidence, celebrate progress and be rewarded for all the hard work that's been put in.

To our teachers and supporters, thank you for preparing and encouraging our students every step of the way.

No matter the outcome, you've gained valuable experience, improved in your technique, built resilience and created memories to be proud of.

These smiles say it all. While it's exciting to celebrate achievements, what matters most to us isn't the trophies, it's the friendships, the growth, the resilience and the joy our dancers find in every rehearsal, every performance and every challenge they take on.

Competitions are just one small part of the journey. The confidence they build, the lessons they learn and the memories they make together will always be worth more than any award.

Kyabram Front & Centre Competition 2026

What a special and fun weekend we shared at the Front & Centre Kyabram Competition.

For many of our dancers, this was the very first time stepping onto the stage as part of a troupe or as a soloist, and we couldn't be prouder. While the results were wonderful, it was the courage, teamwork, dedication and sportsmanship shown by every dancer that truly made this experience so memorable.
