Fitness Fight Complex

Training cancelled tonight (Tuesday) due to work emergency. Sorry for inconvenience everyone.

Wednesday class will be taken by Coach keelan at the Golden Bay stairs 5pm 👊 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Boxing classes are being held at the Secret Harbour Community Center.

Monday and Wednesday 7 to 8pm
Tuesday and Thursday 6 to 7pm

Today we had Jet and Jacob competing for the first time.
Jet didn't get the win, but he got in the ring and gave the best he could today. Jacobs fight was an exhibition due to weight and age difference. But he done well.
As always alot to take away and learn from, and it's only onwards and up for the guys.
Well done to you both. We are super proud of you.

Tianna fought brilliantly taking the Youth Novice 52kg State Title!🏆
Ben won the semi finals and is through to the finals.

Khira-leigh fought so well yesterday. It was awesome watching her get in for the first time. She didn't get the decision, but congratulations on a good first fight.
Billy fought well too. He did everything as asked from his coach and showed everyone why he's the winner! Congratulations Billy.
