🔥🔥🔥New timetable 🔥🔥🔥
starting next Monday 21st September
With an increase in numbers in our afternoon classes and interest in a letter class coming into some more daylight we have decided to add 4 extra classes
With 1 being a HIIT class and now with a 6:00 am fitness racing / paladin style training

💛 R U OK? DAY at CrossFit 2337 💛

Today we started and finished every class with an 800m walk.

The idea was simple — use that time to slow down, walk with a mate and have a conversation.

What started for some as a bit of a humorous “R U OK?” quickly turned into something much deeper.

Real conversations about life.
About what’s going on.
About the good stuff, the hard stuff, and everything in between.

And honestly… that’s what today is really about.

Sometimes all it takes is a simple question, a walk beside someone and a little bit of time to actually listen.

You never really know what someone is carrying.

So keep checking in. Not just today, but every day.
