Schofields Community Exercise Group

make sure our classes are accessible to those in our community. Who is this for:
All genders and all ages welcome, we will provide variations to the exercises to suit different fitness levels. You're welcome to bring your kids, there's a playground at the park or they can hang around/join us! Why we started this:
I don't know about you but the gym is really boring for me, but group exercise classes are out of my budget (usually $18-25/class). Our classes are run by Alessandra, a Schofields local and a Physiotherapist who works in a private clinic (Sydney West Physio) teaching people how to exercise all day 😊 She also previously started UNSW Fit Club and ran bootcamp style/HIIT classes. We want to create a community who will motivate each other (and me) to get stronger and lead a more active lifestyle!
