Had a nice trip too Caboolture River with a couple of mates Paul and Bob Eddy. While they were kayaking i chose to try out the new "Oz Propeller" Hydrofoil. I was very surprised ๐ฎ how quickly the 25hp Yammy jump up on the plan and with a bit of trim N tilt had the hull planning very nicely, Heading straight for the Flathead Nursery didn't disappoint with a few landed in quick succession, Using the 65lb Watersnake was very useful with the spotlock. With a few Bream on board and the wind picking up it was time to call it a day, The test run on both the Hydrofoil and the Watersnake motor was a total success ๐

G'day folks Well today was the day I took the new Tinnie on its maiden voyage, with the alarm โฐ๏ธ set for 3.30am I didn't want to miss the early start out of Scarborough Harbour to hit the reefs for a Snapper. Scott Barratt gave me a big kick ass lure and I wanted so much to get a stonker lol. Glassed conditions heading out was perfect and for the start of breaking the new Yamaha f25 hp, 36km at half throttle is not bad. Finally out with the big boy boats and a few Kayaking boys searching for those Snapper I really felt home on the water. Something took my Gobblers Lures 4" Pro Stinger and stayed down deep with some big head shakes and lost it, Finally bringing in a small Snapper to blood the boat and now I'm a happy boater lol. White caps from the north sent me back to the boat ramp but I am so wrapped about this boat and can't wait till the next Adventure
