And honestly… it’s a pretty good way to train, and a pretty good way to live.

Sam you are such a wonderful light in the gym, always checking in, noticing and bringing your broad expertise to us all! Holding babies, staying around for d and m’s, having THE most inspiring longevity classes rolling all the time. Also just the most inspiring athlete always working on something and pushing the next boundary.

We love you, we are so grateful and hope you’re having a wonderful day celebrating another lap around the sun.
