This week, Joe, Ella, and Eamonn are heading off to represent Golden Fox BJJ at the AFBJJ National Championships in Melbourne.

We're incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and countless hours they've put into preparing for this competition. Now it's time to put it all to the test!

Hi Golden Fox Families,

Unfortunately, due to coaches having unexpected personal circumstances arise, there will be no kids classes this afternoon.

The adult class will still run, however, as an open mat only.

We apologise for the late notice and any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding! 🦊

Just a reminder that Golden Fox BJJ will be closed on Monday, August 10 for the Ekka Show public holiday.

We simply don't have the words to explain how incredibly grateful we are to be celebrating 3 years in the Samford community.

Time has flown by and that is all thanks to you, our Golden Fox Family. Watching our gym grow into a welcoming, supportive community filled with incredible people has been more rewarding than we ever could have imagined.

To every single member who has been part of this journey, thank you. Whether you've been with us since day one or only joined us last week, you've each played an important role in making Golden Fox what it is today.

We had the best time celebrating with you all today and hope you did too! Our third birthday has certainly been one to remember. Here is to many more years, rolls and epic birthday parties! 🦊🥳

🏆 DOUBLE GOLD FOR COACH JOE! 🏆

Everyone on the Golden Fox team gave it their all on the mats this weekend, but there's one special member who deserves an extra shout-out!

A massive congratulations to Instructor Joe, who is now your Blue Belt Gi Queensland State Champion ANDBlue Belt No-Gi Queensland State Champion!🥇🥇

This was only his second-ever competition, making this achievement even more incredible. To step onto the mats and come away with double gold is something to be seriously proud of, and we couldn't be happier for him.

We're incredibly lucky to have Joe as such a dedicated member of our coaching team, and we can't wait to see what he accomplishes next.
