We’ve got a club shoot happening this Sunday, so come along, catch up with everyone and get some practice in before Moonan Flat! 🎯

📅 Saturday: We’re looking for a few helpers to assist with setting the ranges between 10am and 12 noon. Many hands make light work! 💪

🎯 Great chance to fine-tune your shooting before Moonan Flat

We reckon Steve and his new mate the hyena have got a few things in common… they both know how to have a laugh! 🤣

But there’s one thing Steve takes a little more seriously — shooting! 🎯

🏹❤️🖤 GOOD LUCK FOR DAY 2, STEVE! 🖤❤️🏹

Well, Day 1 is done and Steve is down on the Mornington Peninsula competing in another Victorian tournament! 🎯💪

Before Day 2 kicks off tomorrow, we thought we’d share this gorgeous view from Steve’s journey south — and yes… we can see Camel Rock! 🐪🌊😂

Hopefully Steve has had a great first day and can finish the tournament off with another cracker of a shoot tomorrow.

At 41, Geena Davis picked up a bow and arrow for the first time, and started practicing archery. By 43, she was competing for a chance to represent Team USA at the 2000 Olympics.

Yes, *that* Geena Davis. The actor from "A League of Their Own" and "Thelma & Louise." In just two years, she made it all the way to the U.S. Olympic archery trials, finishing 24th out of 300 women vying for a spot.

Ultimately, getting a place on the Olympic team didn’t pan out, but going from complete beginner to one of the country’s top competitors in two years? An impressive feat! It’s never too late to try something brand new.
