A great night was had at Parafield Gardens Community Club as we officially launched the 2026/27 season at Northern Districts Cricket Club.

A big thank you to all our players, families, volunteers and supporters who came along and helped make it such a great night. We also thank the Parafield Gardens Community Club for their ongoing support of our club and for hosting us.

It was a fantastic opportunity to hear from our very own Ryan Harris, who shared some great experiences from his career and journey through cricket. It was a privilege to have Ryan back at Northern Districts and we really appreciate him taking the time to join us and speak to the club.

A big thank you also to former Northern Districts player Andrew Perkins for doing a fantastic job as MC and helping the night run smoothly.

A great way to launch the new season. We’re looking forward to what 2026/27 brings.

Our Jets Girls Academy were back at it tonight, with Tegan McPharlin joining the session and getting involved with the girls, including some work with our young wicketkeepers.

It was great to have Tegan around the group, working with the girls and helping them build confidence as they continue to develop their skills.

Launch into the new season with the Jets!

The 2026/27 season is almost here, and we’re bringing our players and families together to officially launch another season at Northern Districts.

We’re pleased to welcome former Northern Districts star, Australian international cricketer and current South Australian Men’s Head Coach Ryan Harris as our special guest speaker.

Ryan will share some of his vast experiences from a remarkable cricketing career, from his days as a Jet through to the highest levels of the game. His experience speaks for itself, and we’re looking forward to hearing from him as we launch into the new season.

Former Northern Districts player Andrew Perkins will also be joining us as MC, hosting what should be a great night as we come together ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The evening will be held at the Parafield Gardens Community Club, who have been fantastic supporters of our club. Meals will be available from 5:30pm, so come down early, grab a feed and settle in before we officially launch the season.

We’re excited to welcome Caleb Hill to Northern Districts Cricket Club.

A top order batter who’s also handy with the gloves, Caleb joins us from Port Adelaide after spending last season playing with the SACA Under 19s.

He’s hit the ground running since joining the group, fitting seamlessly into pre season and already becoming a great addition to what is an exciting young senior squad at the Jets.

We’re looking forward to seeing Caleb continue to develop and play his part at the club, with a big future ahead of him.

Welcome to the Jets, Caleb!
