We are the home of Zanshin Martial Arts & Maitland MMA starting from 4 years of age. We provide 1:1 Personal Training, or Group Training & a fully serviced Gym opened 7 days per week. We have a crèche available 5 days a week. We have something for the whole family at Premier.
