Life is busy - and managing stress shouldn’t feel like another thing on your to-do list.
For the final week of our Healthy Habits Challenge, we’re keeping it simple: find one small pocket of calm each day.
A walk, a workout, five quiet minutes, asking for help or talking to someone you trust, it all counts. 🖤
Less stress, not more to-do.

I think the real challenge is on the last slide 😂 Week 3 of our Healthy Habits Challenge is here… and we’re talking SLEEP 😴
This week’s challenge: 30 minutes to switch off.
For at least 5 nights this week, ditch the screens for the final 30 minutes before bed and give your body a chance to properly wind down.
Better sleep = better recovery, energy, focus and performance. 💪
And remember… you don’t have to be perfect. Just try to stay awake more than Jono 😂
Who’s taking on the challenge this week? 👇

What if better nutrition wasn’t about going on another diet? At MaxFit, a big part of our approach to nutrition is intuitive eating - learning how to nourish your body while also rebuilding trust around food.
Diet culture often teaches us to restrict, follow rigid rules, label foods as “good” or “bad” and feel guilty when we go “off track”. And for many people, that restriction can create a cycle of restrict → overeat → guilt → restrict again.
Intuitive eating helps us step away from that cycle.
It’s about learning to:
🥩 Understand what your body needs nutritionally
🥦 Prioritise nourishing foods like protein, fibre and whole foods
🍫 Enjoy ALL foods without guilt or fear
🧠 Recognise hunger, fullness, cravings and energy cues
🙅♀️ Move away from the “all or nothing” mentality
💪 Fuel your body for training, recovery and everyday life
And importantly, intuitive eating doesn’t mean ignoring nutrition. It’s about combining nutrition knowledge with your body’s own feedback so you can make choices that support your health without food controlling your life.
Because the goal isn’t to be “perfect” with food.
It’s to build a way of eating that nourishes you, feels enjoyable and is sustainable for life. 🖤
This week we’ll be sharing more practical ways you can start implementing intuitive eating into your everyday life.
