Last weekend I took part in the International Krav Maga weekend and earned my 2nd Degree Black Belt. A big thank you to Sim, Wayne, Matt and all the trainers & training partners who’ve helped shape my development and have guided me throughout this journey.
And to our Rosebud Krav Maga crew: your commitment and support mean a lot, and you motivate me to keep bringing my best as your instructor.

School holidays might be finished, but the energy is just getting started. Term 3 karate is kicking off, and it’s a great time for kids to grow, move, and challenge themselves. Come be part of the journey at Peninsula Karate. 🥋🥋🥋

Awesome day at Peninsula Karate! Yamato Sensei led a fantastic kids seminar where our students tried the bō for the first time and then sharpened their Kumite skills. It was wonderful to see so many smiles on the mats as they learned new techniques. A big thank you to Sensei for creating such a memorable experience for our young martial artists 🙏🥋
