In Aesthetic Group Gymnastics, body movement is at the heart of the sport. From waves and swings to bends, twists and contractions, gymnasts learn to use the whole body as one continuous movement.

Even during warm-up, we're developing the coordination, flexibility, strength, flow and expression that make AGG so unique. 💚
