Roma parkrun

Roma parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 7am. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

**Starting 17 May 2014**
Roma parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 7am in Roma, QLD, Australia. Roma parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

Great morning for Parkrun. Welcome to all our visitors and first timers. Huge congratulations to our 7 PB getters, well done!! Couple of Milestones today, Jed reaching his 200th Parkrun and David H hitting 150 runs and 10 volunteers 🙌🏼
Thank you to today’s Volunteers, couldn’t do it with out you and to those who put their name down for future events. We have a few blanks spaces at the end of Sept early Oct so let us know if you are available. Have a great weekend and Happy Father’s day tomorrow to our Parkrun Dads.
