School holiday court sessions 📆

On the 14th and 16th of April, Adam will be running two individual s&c development days for youth athletes. Of which both members and non-members of Perform are welcome to sign up.

These days will include warm ups, testing, games, training, skills and education to finish. A day we are aiming to have the athlete walk away with many tools to apply for the remainder of the basketball season to look after their body and perform at their best.

First round of pre-season games complete ☑️

Adam has been working hard behind the scenes in the gym and on the court to get the NBL1 teams ready for the season ahead. It was great to see the hard work on display for the first hit out of the year.
