Final round of the season for our U10 club sides.
So much growth from these kids across the year. New skills, new friendships, and plenty of smiles on court.
Big thanks to the coaches, referees and volunteers who gave up their time each week, and to the families who filled the seats.
See you next season ๐

๐ 40 YEARS OF BASKETBALL | DAMIEN HOGAN
40 years. One final game. What a way to go out.
On Tuesday night Damien Hogan played his last ever game, and the crowd turned up to send him off in style. Packed stands, big cheers and four decades of basketball to celebrate.
Player, coach, mentor. Damien has done the lot for Rockhampton basketball, and generations of players are better for it.
Congratulations on an incredible 40 years, Damien. We hope you enjoy the well earned break!

If you grabbed a coffee at the courts last weekend during CQJBC, chances are you met the crew behind SiP. By Walk 'n' Talk
SiP is the new not-for-profit coffee and food trailer from the Walk 'n' Talk Collective. It's one of the first of its kind in our region, and it's built around a simple idea. Every coffee poured helps support male mental health and wellbeing across Central Queensland.
100% of proceeds go straight back into the Walk 'n' Talk Collective, keeping important conversations going and helping them show up in more places.
Thanks for being part of our weekend! It was great having you at the courts looking after our families and volunteers. We hope to see you again soon!

๐ WHAT A WEEKEND OF BASKETBALL ๐
It was wonderful to host the CQJBC competition here in Rocky!
A big thank you to all the visiting teams for making the trip and for being such great guests. We hope everyone had safe travels home to their part of CQ.
Our Rockhampton Jets boys in Division 1 gave it everything. The work rate, the way they competed, and how they stuck together as a team was great to watch. Well done, boys. And great to see the skills on show across every court ๐
Thanks to everyone who made it happen ๐
