Meet Elisa!
We’re excited to welcome Elisa Lemos to the Realign team as our new Personal Trainer.
Elisa brings over 5 years of experience helping people build strength, improve movement, and achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised exercise programs.
Originally from Brazil, Elisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, and has recently completed her PhD in Exercise Physiology at QUT.
Her experience spans strength training, injury prevention, exercise rehabilitation, and working with clients managing a variety of health conditions. Elisa is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence through exercise.
