Such an amazing day for golf in Robe yesterday. The scores certainly reflected the conditions.

15 Ladies played a stableford round with 14 out of the 15 scoring 30 or more points.

1st - Lorraine Pryce (handicap 28) had a round to enjoy. An amazing 40 points. This included 24 pts on the back nine.

2nd - Sharon Hondow (handicap 38) 39 points. So pleasing to see Sharon back in the winning circle.

3rd - Robbie Douglas (handicap 34) scored 38 points. Very well done 👍🏼

Novelty events:
NTP: 8th - Meg Fry
NTP: 16th - Binge
Long drives: Kerry Pedlar & Ruth Main
Most Fairways (16) - Loretta Jodrell.

Well done to all.

Next week will be a pinehurst kindly sponsored by Gwen Connop.

JOHN & MARGIE BURR MIXED PINEHURST CHAMPIONSHIP was played on Sunday 20/9/26.

The weather was pretty good considering a strong NW Wind 💨 but it is Robe.

Big thanks to all the volunteers on the day. Thankyou to Sharon Hondow for running the shop/bar. Mark Barritt worked tirelessly on the BBQ for almost all day. Ladies for making the delicious sweets for afternoon tea. Once again Katherine McBride provided some very impressive delights.

1st - Sonya & Tim Pietsch (handicap 23.62) net score 67.375.

2nd - Marg Lawrie & Sean Emery (handicap 17.25) net score 67.75

3rd - Katherine McBride & Jack Langberg (handicap 22.5) net 68.5.

4th - Binge Rivaz & Matt Jennings (handicap 11.62) net 69.375

22 pairs supported the day. The shield will be presented to the winners on Celebration Night in November.
