We live in very stressful times, and that stress builds up in your body, eventually becoming a physical symptom and then something worse if not addressed.
Yoga helps to reduce your stress levels, which helps your body to heal itself. This will increase your energy levels and clear the foggy mind. 😁
Yoga is in River Heads now on Wednesdays, 9:30am to 10:30am. Mats supplied. Cash only, $20 casual, $15 concession.

Yoga in River Heads starts this Wednesday at 9:30am. If you have been thinking about starting Yoga, then these classes are a great place to start.
All you stiff as a board blokes, come on down. It will help you.

My first class in River Heads starts next Wednesday at 9:30am, so I just wanted to share a bit of my story for those of you who are new to Harry's Yoga.

I started teaching yoga in 2006 after completing a Diploma in Zen Shiatsu and Yoga therapy in 2005. This training was based around Chinese medicine, Japanese meridian yoga and healthy eating. It changed my life....
For the next 10 years I taught yoga and did Zen Shiatsu full-time in various locations in the Hunter Valley and Melbourne.

In 2016 my partner, Lucinda, also a Yoga teacher, Kundalini Yoga Somatics and I opened Maitland Yoga Studio, which become one of the most popular Yoga studios in the area. We ran yoga courses, various styles of yoga classes, workshops, sound healings and community events from this space.
Last year we decided to let the studio go and move to River Heads.
in the last 20 years I have taught a lot of yoga classes to a variety of people from all walks of life, ages and many complete beginners. I became a Yoga teacher and Shiatsu therapist to help people become healthier, more joyful and to find inner peace.
