School holidays are here, and we've got something fun for the kids.

We're running a School Holidays Colouring Competition, with two prizes to give away.
Each prize includes one free group class for the parent, and one free meal from Zamberos for the kid.

There are two age categories:
• Under 7s
• 8 to 12 years old

One winner will be drawn in each age category.
Colouring sheets are available to pick up from our studio when it's open during classes. You don't need to be a current client to take part.

To be eligible to win, simply tag us on social media or send your finished entry to us there. Entries close at 5:00pm on Friday 2 October 2026.

Meredith started with us four years ago, and we feel so lucky to have shared this part of her journey. Her consistency is something truly special.
She is beautiful inside and out, strong inside and out, with the sweetest, gentlest spirit and so much love for others.

Women’s Health Week is a reminder that women’s health deserves time, attention and proper care : not just when something feels wrong, but every day.

At Zone Out Pilates, we believe making time for yourself is an important part of looking after your wellbeing. Whether you’re managing a busy schedule, caring for others, returning to movement or simply need a moment to pause, you deserve time to move, breathe and feel supported.

We absolutely loved having the Place Karalee team at the studio for their private workplace session.

They brought so much laughter, fun and connection into the room. It was wonderful to see everyone moving together, enjoying the experience and sharing plenty of memorable moments outside the usual workplace setting.

We are so excited to celebrate Suzette’s 400-class milestone!

We love having Suzette as part of our Zone Out Pilates family. When she started with us three years ago, she told us her husband and son didn’t think she’d stick with Pilates.
Well… 400 classes later, she’s still here. (YAY!!!!!)
More importantly, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing her journey: increased mobility, less pain, greater physical capacity, the bravery to try new moves and exercises, and so much more independence in daily life.
We love her laughter, her joy and everything she brings to class. Suzette, congratulations on 400 classes. We’re so proud of you and so grateful you’re part of our community.

Ditch the snooze button and join us for 6 early morning classes in September. To be eligible to go in the running to win one of these prizes, your 6 classes must be one of our weekday early morning classes: the 5:00am, 5:45am or 6:30am classes (weekdays only). To count towards the challenge, you must book and attend each class. No-shows do not count. You'll get your day started on a high, and we'll be there with the reformers warmed up and a smile ready. Small steps, big progress : you've got this!

There are 2 prizes to be won. Each prize includes:

We love having these two sisters at Zone Out Pilates.
Since we opened in South Ripley, Lorraine has been attending regularly twice a week, with personalized support, thoughtful modifications, and a focus on listening to her body. After knee surgery, Lorraine wasn’t able to run alongside her show dogs. This year at the Ekka, she ran for the first time in three years—and her dogs went on to win multiple categories. We are so excited to celebrate this beautiful milestone with her. Progress grows through consistency, patience, and support, one session at a time. We love our classes with these beautiful sisters; every class is full of laughter, competitiveness, and fun!
