After a massive few months of netball, we’re heading into a well-earned break for the King’s Birthday long weekend before the ultimate excitement begins.

We’re thrilled that an incredible 12 out of our 19 Saturday teams have qualified for the semi-finals this season! It’s a true reflection of the hard work, commitment, and growth from all our players, coaches, team managers, and supporters.
While we’re gearing up for finals, we want to give a massive shoutout to EVERY single team. Watching our players grow in confidence and skill each week has been the ultimate highlight.
⭐ Special Shoutout: A massive congratulations to our **U11 Storm** players who wrapped up their regular season with a strong win - getting over the line by just one goal in an absolute thriller! What a perfect reminder that effort, teamwork, and persistence pay off.

We love celebrating the achievements of our homegrown talent. A big congratulations to past player Abbey Whitaker on her latest netball milestone.
Abbey has a long history with our club, starting out in our U9s and later representing MENA from U13s, while also giving back as an umpire.
After signing with the Peninsula Waves 23U VNL squad for the 2025 & 2026 seasons, Abbey has recently been elevated full-time to the VNL Championship Division. She is now taking the court alongside former Melbourne Vixens superstar, Mwai Kumwenda.

Abbey, the entire Park Orchards Power community is incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication. It’s fantastic to see you progress from our junior ranks to the highest level of state netball.
We wish you the best of luck for the rest of the season! 🎉🏐

Huge congratulations to Jemma Whitaker, who recently made her debut for Boroondara Express! 🤩🎉
Jemma has been part of the Park Orchards Power family as both a fantastic past Open player and a dedicated umpire. Seeing her take the court at the next level is an absolute thrill for our club, and a wonderful reminder to all our junior players of where hard work and passion can take you.
