A training system designed for the beginner and women encompassing elements from Close Quarters Combat, Bushidokan (Hybrid MMA) & Shukokai Karate

Personal Protection Training was created after Simon's first student Lisa had experienced Domestic Violence and needed to learn how to protect herself. She visited the gym Simon was teaching from and was the inspiration behind this company

Since meeting in 2014, Simon as well as his coaches have developed a training business, which seeks to help many others by giving them valuable coaching and mentoring, as well as self defence training.

Personal Protection Training, will be running sessions during the Winter for Females only to begin with.

Old students are welcome back but all NEW students will be professionally vetted and police checked before an application will be accepted.

This is a safety measure which has had to be put into place because of someone not understanding the meaning of the word honesty.

For an unspecified time we are not taking on anymore clients for personal reasons during 2023.

Should any of my previous students want to resume self defence training you have my blessing to train with my mentor Peter Sciarra. This man helped me build upon the foundation that Glenn Zwiers started with me in CQC.

Strongly recommend you do this seminar and if you like what you see on the day, sign up with him and learn from him.

He is a great person and passionate instructor. In fact he is highly sought after and that good he has trained UFC fighters, Military Personnel and even got an award from the Italian Chief of Police for his dedication to the craft.
