I have been a member for just over 3 years. I enjoy the circuit sessions, each trainer has something interesting to add to each session. I enjoy the company of other members as well.

I recently moved to Ringwood East.
I knew no one and decided to join the gym closest to my home hoping to meet some locals, as well as maintain and enhance my fitness.
Everyone has been very welcoming and I really enjoy the activities at the gym.
It has been a positive move, both for my fitness and socially.
