PTW Skating is proud to announce the 2024 Event Schedule.

This schedule is a guideline to all roller hockey tournaments, leagues, and events run by PTW Skating or other major events to support around Oceania.

We are proud of our sponsors Finn Skate School who do amazing coaching classes across a wide range of roller sports disciplines Including Slalom, Speed Skating, Skate Cross, Learn to skate classes, and Hockey. For anyone interested in learning from a wide variety of coaches for whatever skating sport you desire, contact Finn Skate School.

A huge thanks to our partners at Skate Victoria who help us run events and hockey around the state providing us with a venue and insurance to help keep us playing.

PTW Skating would Like to announce the upcoming tournament:
PTW & Finn Skate Summer Cup 2024

Held on the 27th and 28th of January at the The Shed in Dandenong, with the support of Skate Victoria, we welcome developing and grass roots Roller Hockey players to participate in a fun and friendly tournament to help grow the future of our sport.

There will be 2 Divisions,
Seniors; For teams and clubs looking to grow and have fun playing hockey.
Youth; For any young beginner players based on skill level to help further and develop the grassroots of our sport.

For the first time ever, PTW are excited to announce that we will be running this tournament with our Sponsor Finn Skate School. We are looking forward to this partnership as the skate group has recently entered the roller hockey scene in 2023 and wanting to help support and grow the sport that we all dearly love. Keep an eye out for the newest Australian team out of Vermont and if anyone is interested in learning how to skate across a wide range of disciplines, we highly recommend checking out the wonderful coaching classes they have available producing world class skaters.

More details about the tournament will be released shortly so stay tuned for a big year of Roller Hockey.

PTW Skating is moving Online!

Over the past year it’s been great to have a shopfront in Richmond and see so many friendly faces wander through. But over the next few months we will be online only. You can place all your orders through our website at www.ptwskating.com and all current orders will still be delivered asap.

Stay tuned for our next in store location and in the meantime we will continue to support the skating community through skating events, sporting leagues, and classes.

Only 5 days left to submit your entry for April's PTW Tricks challenge set by Louise; something other than skating that you like to do while you're skating. Submitted examples so far include riding an e-scooter, vacuuming the house, and playing musical instruments!!
Is there something YOU like to do on skates, or is there something you'd like to try doing?

Audre will have his camera at the skate tonight, so hit him up to film a video of your entry and he'll send it to you over drive so you can post it up on Instagram and go in the draw to win a prize!

Remember, this challenge isn't about the skating - it's about what you can do WHILE skating, so you don't have to be a phenomenal skater to win this one!
