What got you into Pilates?
I had 2.5 degrees of separation from having my son and my OB told me to try reformer Pilates to build up my strength again. That was over 2.5 years ago and I haven’t looked back.
What do you wish people knew before their first class?
Dont be afraid of the machine, it’s not scary at all and take it slow, theres never any rush.
A client win that’s stuck with you.
I feel like everyone time one of my clients just tried the challenge spring and realises how strong they have become is always a win.

I love just spending time with my partner & children ❤️
