We are super proud of all our coaches & fighters on a tremendous effort in Queensland 2026 international golden gloves tournament. This is the biggest tournament in Australia where amateur boxers fly in from all over the world to test themself !!

Our Wednesday kids boxing class is always full of fun. The kids class is all about learning the basics of boxing whilst also having fun with friends. Come on down and try it out.

🔥 RIAD BASSAL 3-0 WITH 3 FINISHES 🔥

Another fight, another finish. Riad Bassal moves to an undefeated 3-0 and continues to prove why he’s one of the most exciting prospects coming through the EFF MMA team.

What people see on fight night is only a small part of the story. Take a look at Riad’s shark tank rounds in training — fresh bodies rotating in every minute while he stays in the middle working non-stop. That’s where the engine, toughness and confidence are built.

The scary part? We’re only getting started.

So what’s next for Riad and the rest of the EFF MMA team? More fights, more experience, more finishes and, God willing, more titles. The future is bright for this team and we’re excited to see where the journey takes us.
