Beach Yoga at Suttons beach Redcliffe. You are welcome to join us, beginners-intermediate levels. Options for your level. Families welcome. 7 classes a week.
We catch the sunrise in the winter, it’s so worth it www.monicabatiste.com.au We meet near Suttons Beach Pavillion restaraunt on the lovely green grass in the shade in the summer and in the sun in the winter. In a light sprinkle we might go under the rotunda, but in the rain we go to Monica’s art gallery and yoga studio. Timetable

Sunrise today at 6.03am.
Tomorrow we will catch the sunrise during our 6am yoga class, and by Thursday, we will catch it before yoga. Yes, the season is changing. We‘ve LOVED the sunrise and I thank you all for the glorious photos and videos of our joy.
