Massive congratulations to our 7-8 Boys rugby team, who've won their first ever Ipswich Super Schools Cup against Bremer State High!

Last night our Year 7 and Year 8 Rugby team played in the Grand final of the Ipswich Super Schools Cup against Bremer High School. After a tough and hard fought game, SMC won the first Ipswich Super Schools Cup. Congratulations to Mr Arlow and the team on your success.

Week 2 of the Ipswich Super Schools cup today. SMC are sitting 2nd on the table and play the top team in our opening game tonight.

GBC SPORT // This Saturday, the 5th of August is Round 3 for Primary GBC sport at TSAC while the Secondary teams will have training at SMC.

Please note that TSAC currently has construction happening at the Secondary Campus, so parking may be limited. There is additional parking available across the road from the Secondary Campus.

DISTRICT TRACK & FIELD TRIALS // SMC had over 60 students compete at the District Track & Field trials.

SMC had a very successful two days with 20 students making it through to the Met West trials at the end of August!

GBC SPORT // This Saturday, 22nd July is Round 2 of GBC sport for SMC Secondary teams at Rivermount College, and Round 1 for SMC Primary teams at Redeemer Lutheran College.

TRACK & FIELD TRAINING // The Track & Field training program has been updated for Term 3.

Track & Field training is available to all students in Year 3 - 12 who would like to improve their skills.

Students who are attending the upcoming District Track & Field trials are encouraged to attend trainings in preparation.

GBC SPORT // Secondary GBC sport commences this Saturday, 15th July at Sheldon College.
