First day of training for 2024 with 3 new juniors on the floor and Ben from Sansara Dojo. Lets make 2024 our strongest year yet

Hi everyone.
Just a reminder that training starts again at Red Hill Dojo this Tuesday 6th February at 6pm.
We've had a few new people contact us over the break to see about coming up to train, so it would be great to see everyone up there to show these new people what we do and more importantly who we are.
I'm sure we've all indulged to some extent over the Xmas/New Year break so lets get back on the floor and start the 'recovery' process. We need to refresh what we already know and there is so much more to learn and improve.
Both Kyoshi Conan and Dai Sensei Roscoe are gaining deeper understandings of our style when training with the higher ranks and want to pass on these teachings
