My name is Jayson and I’m a Personal Training living in the Bayside LGA (Local Government Area).
I have been coaching and training people for over 25 years, in that time I have helped educate motivate 100’s of people to lose weight, tone up improve their athletic performance, improve their quality of live and get their lives back.
Due to the current covid restrictions I am not allowed to service my regular clients throughout the eastern suburbs.
Because of these restrictions I am only allowed do train people that live in my Bayside LGA, as a result to help me keep working I am offering only the residence of Bayside $20 of my regular prices while lockdown last?

Flash Back Friday
Over 15 years of training we have never had our photo taken together, except for this one occasion.
My late grandmother suffered greatly from Diabetes losing her toes, then her foot, then eventually having her leg amputated and eventually leading to her passing away.
So in her honour I wanted to raise awareness about diabetes and the severity of the disease.
Having a family history of Diabetes and so does Kate she was more than willing to help me out.
So what we did, I trained over 50 people for Free, if they donated money to the Diabetes Australia Foundation.
Over the 12 weeks, not only did I complete 100 free personal training sessions and achieved some fantastic results that changed many people's lives, but I also raised over $10,000 for the foundation in the process.
A very proud and memorable moment.
