💜 POWER & FLEX CONDITIONING WORKSHOP 💜

What an amazing morning at Step ’N’ Style! ✨

Our dancers worked incredibly hard throughout our 3-Hour Power & Flex Conditioning Workshop, led by Miss Maryanne.

This specialised training focused on developing strength, flexibility, control, stability, posture, alignment and overall dance conditioning through a combination of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, barre work, resistance training and flexibility exercises.

Our Power & Flex workshops are always kept to limited numbers to ensure every student receives quality tuition, individual attention and corrections throughout the session.

We are so proud of every student who attended. Their focus, determination and effort across the morning was fantastic! 💪🏼✨
