If you have received an email regarding a Proof of Age reminder, please bring the requested document with you.

🏃 2-WEEK FREE TRIAL
New to Little Athletics? Come along and try us for 2 weeks before committing to the season!

Trial registration must be completed in-person at one of our Registration Days.

Please bring your athlete’s original Proof of Age (e.g. Birth Certificate, Passport or Blue Book) for us to sight.

Our Committee will also be available to answer any questions you may have.

Give your little one a fun introduction to Little Athletics with our Tiny Tots Program for children aged 3 & 4 years.

Each Friday, our Tiny Tots enjoy fun games, races and modified athletics activities designed to develop coordination, confidence and fundamental movement skills in a safe, supportive environment.

✔️ Fun games, races and modified athletics activities
✔️ No times or measurements – just fun, learning and participation
✔️ Parents and carers play an important role by joining in and assisting throughout the program, making it a great way to spend quality time together while supporting your child’s development.

The trial gives new athletes the opportunity to:

These sessions are for EVERYONE:
• Collecting registration packs after completing your online registration.
• Registering for the 2 Week Free Trial (new athletes only).

PARENT VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED
Little Athletics is a family-based sport and relies on parent volunteers each week to ensure competition runs smoothly.

We are seeking:
• Age Managers (one per age group)
• Parent Helpers to assist with events, set up and pack up

For Tiny Tots, one parent or guardian is required to remain with the group each week to assist their child.

In accordance with Little Athletics NSW requirements, a parent or responsible adult must remain at the venue while their child is participating.

Every family plays an important role in making our Friday competition nights successful.
