And that's a wrap for PT with MT in Sydney! What an amazing 4.5yrs!!! Saying goodbye was definitely harder than I thought it would be. I guess I didn't truly appreciate how much of an impact I'd had on some people's lives 😢. I have met so many wonderful people along the way, and I'll miss you all very much, but the coastal life is calling 🌊, and I leave knowing that I stayed true to my Objective. Thank you for all the farewells, gifts & well wishes. I have been very spoilt indeed. Take care & don't give up on your Goals 💪🏼

After having been a part of the LLGA Community in one way or another for nearly 8yrs, sadly, the time has come to say goodbye. It was fitting to finish with these 2 x amazing Members from our Woodcroft Camp on Tuesday. I have trained them at various other camps for over 4yrs. I will definitely miss all the wonderful people that I have met along the way, but it is a small world, so our paths may cross again some day, and if LLGA ever comes to Pt Macquarie, then I'll be there as a Trainer or a Member! Thank you to PHN, Blacktown City Council, and of course, Live Life Get Active! Over & out...for now!!!

The dedicated Rouse Hill Crew worked so hard during their Boxing sessions on Tuesday & Thursday. It was all about Combos for the last week of the Term, and on my official last Day at this amazing Camp, I was showered with love & gifts from these beautiful people. I'll definitely miss this Group, but I look forward to covering some sessions there, and even joining them for some training next Term!
