In 1974 Rugby was born in Port Macquarie by this club. 19 x 1st Grade Men and Women Premierships later, we have a team for everyone; girls, boys and all abilities from 6 years old to Golden Oldies. We focus on sharing the love of rugby union, developing our players and building the club to be a better version of itself each year. We have teams from Under 6 all the way through to Golden Oldies. Running with a hot hand after being part of the undefeated and Grand Final winning Pirates U12 team, we had two Players make the NSW PSSA School Rugby Team!
Congrats to Eddie Hoy and Jack Mellor! 🏆🏴☠️💪🏽
We also had three others from the same team competing at the recent NSWPSSA Tournament representing their region: Harrison Foot, Jho’Arryn Chatfield and Marcus Lowe.
Quality effort from quality players. Watch out for these names in the future of big boy rugby. Super proud club right here 🏴☠️❤️

As we take one more look in the rear view mirror of last weekend before focusing on the next, we want to make a special call out to for the generous donation of the custom 1st Grade Jerseys for Shaka Round. C2C offered their immediate support to the cause which then grew to attract the other jersey supporters of 2nd XV Men and Women.
The generosity and support of this important cause by all involved is greatly appreciated.
A special thank you also goes to Michael Reid and his lovely wife Sue for running the auction, assisted by Bear and James Holbeck.
James took the time to speak with the Club and supporters before the auction, helping reinforce the importance of looking after one another and keeping the conversation around mental health going.
The Pirates are incredibly proud to support and the important work being done to promote mental health awareness and su***de prevention.
Now, back to the road ahead to finals. Let's go get it 🏆
