Springloaded Port Macquarie was born from our passion for fun, fitness and skill development. With strong roots in the sport of Cheerleading & Gymnastics, our Gym directors wanted to expand their current business of First State Allstars and create centre for individual expression, and a place where people of all ages & abilities could come and have fun in a safe, exciting environment!

VINYASA YOGA NOW AT SPRINGLOADED 💙
Join us for a welcoming Vinyasa Yoga class that combines breath, strength, and stretching in a dynamic flow. Every class is different, with sequences tailored to the needs and energy of the group on the day.
With over 20 years of yoga experience and more than 10 years of teaching, Sybil creates a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable, whether you can't touch your toes or you can stand on your head!
Yoga is for everybody. Each movement can be adapted to suit your experience, whether you're looking for a gentle practice or more of a challenge.
