Another incredible session of legs n core - everyone is working hard to meet their goals

Great day out for our club. The season well and truly under way.
Big numbers on race day, big numbers at our leg and core strength session, big numbers at our Saturday river swim, big numbers at our run club.
The energy is electric, the smiles huge and the enjoyment clearly seen by everyone
