This year, I’m choosing growth over grind.
I’ve pressed pause on hands-on training to make space for something deeper—study, reflection, and expansion.
My mission has always been to help others live in their strongest, most aligned bodies—and now it’s time to make sure I’m doing that too.
I’ll be behind the scenes, upgrading every tool in my coaching kit so I can show up for you like never before.
Here’s to the journey. 💫

Have you read The Mountain Is You? ⛰️
If you have, how did it make you feel? Did it shift your mindset or help you break through self-sabotage?
I’m currently four chapters in—reading it for the second time—and I absolutely love the concept. It’s a book that challenges you to face your own patterns, take accountability, and truly evolve.
This is my sleep book—the one I turn to at night to feed my mind and soul before resting. Personal growth isn’t just about changing habits; it’s about deepening the connection with yourself and others.
If you’ve read it, what was your biggest takeaway? If not, would you give it a go? Let’s talk! ⬇️💬

🏃♀️ Recipe Week: Lighter Teriyaki Sauce 🏃♂️
This healthier take on teriyaki sauce is perfect for marinating or glazing a variety of meats and vegetables. By using low-sodium soy sauce and natural honey, it’s a cleaner alternative that doesn’t compromise on flavour.
Ingredients:
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce (120 mL)
3 tablespoons water
½ tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 tablespoons honey
Preparation:
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the soy sauce, water, garlic, cornstarch, and honey.
2. Whisk continuously as the mixture heats.
3. Once the sauce begins to bubble, keep stirring until it thickens to your desired consistency.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
5. Use as a marinade for meats or a finishing glaze for vegetables.
