Full circle moment ❤️
Years ago, I was the one sitting inside a corporate environment, working my way through health, safety and leadership roles and seeing firsthand just how much workplace wellbeing impacts the people within an organisation.
I eventually walked away from that world to build something of my own.
So standing in this room, speaking to directors from the Defence division of Early Childhood nationally about wellbeing, connection and leadership felt pretty surreal.
I’ve gone from working within corporate environments to now being invited back into them to speak about something I genuinely believe in, creating workplaces where people feel connected, valued and supported.
Because wellbeing isn’t just an initiative.
It’s part of how we lead, how we connect and ultimately how our people perform.
