A friendly reminder that our next Japan Karate Association grading and kids karate grading will be held Friday 18th September.
Invitations have been handed out and must be returned along with payment by Friday 11th September.

Ava and I were lucky enough to train with Shiina Sensei 8th Dan and JKA technical director while we recently visited Japan.

Afterwards we enjoyed traditional foods with him and his students and some of their families.

Congratulations to everyone who passed their Japan Karate Association grading this afternoon and kids grading.

Just a reminder that our March gradings will take place this Friday.
There will be no regular classes, grading only.
