What an awesome couple of days at the “Every Girl Can” 2-Day Golf Camp at Hervey Bay Golf Club!
It was so special seeing so many girls having fun, building confidence, and getting excited about golf. Loved being part of it and can’t wait to watch their golf journeys blossom ⛳🏌️♀️

I recently had the opportunity to speak at the Ladies Luncheon held at , where we had an interesting discussion about the importance of golf fitness.
We delved into the topic of identifying postural dysfunction and it’s impact on golf swing characteristics.
I was impressed by how dedicated everyone was during the corrective exercises to improve their movement and golf patterns.
It was both humbling and inspiring to see everyone actively participating.
