Having children changes your life.
It can be a roller coaster of emotions, even before they are born! 🎢
We’ve been looking through our archives and found these beautiful photos of Jean with her second child, Jesse... who is now 12 🥹
Those early years can be incredibly rewarding, but can also feel overwhelming. It can be easy to put everyone else’s needs before your own.
Finding time to pause, move and be present can seem impossible.
That’s why we’ve launched our postnatal yoga course. 🧡
Led by Dimi, a mother of two and experienced Yoga teacher. You’ll meet like-minded parents and enjoy time to reconnect with yourself, your body and your baby (if you’d like to bring them along).
✨ Interested in joining?
Limited places available.
Mon 27 Jul – 31 Aug, 10:30 – 11:30 am
With a livestream option available 💻

Jean and Rob have spent extensive periods of time studying Ashtanga Yoga, meditation, chanting, philosophy, and pranayama in India. 🇮🇳
As you can see here, they were also juggling parenting and running The Yoga Space.
Sadhana can keep you steady through the seasons of life — whether that is travel, having kids, or navigating different responsibilities. 👶
We have been talking a lot about boundaries recently, and as we start discussing philosophy, you will see that they are interrelated.
To maintain a daily practice, it’s important to remember why you do it. 🧡
Is it to feel calm in the busyness of life?
To be a better parent?
To support your health?
For spiritual insight?
What is your “why” for practising?
