Mat Pilates with Nisha ✨ Move, connect, and unwind with us.
We’d love for you to join us at Third Circle CrossFit for a mat Pilates session with Nisha on Sunday, 19th July at 10:30am! Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time with us 😊
Please arrive early, ready for a prompt start. If you have a mat, bring it along; otherwise, we’ll have a few spares available.
Booking details
✅ Non-members: secure your spot for $27.50 via the “Mat Pilates 19th July (non-member)” link in our Instagram bio, or DM/email us for the booking link.
✅ Members: book in via PushPress as you would a normal class. This session is free and wont count towards one of your weekly classes.
Nisha is an absolute gem and will take great care of you all — we’re so excited to have her teaching in our space 💚
Jackie will be behind the camera during the session, capturing all the moments 📸 and please join us afterwards for coffee, cookies and chats 🍪☕

Good vibes all round during the WA Day workout on Monday. New faces, big energy, and even the dogs joined the party 🎉 🐶 🍑 Wrapped it up with some HTP electrolytes and plenty of laughs.

✨ MAY MEMBER OF THE MONTH: JAMIE ✨
lee.91 earned this month through unmatched consistency. She’s in the gym 5–6 days a week, pushing hard no matter what’s going on outside these walls. Even on rough days, she shows up, puts in the work, and sets the standard for everyone around her.
She’s intentional about her progress, always adding extra accessories before or after class to chase the improvements she wants. That drive has made her one of the strongest athletes here, truly the strongest bitch in the gym, and she backs it up every session.
Jamie is also a huge part of our afternoon crew. Lately she’s been in an awesome headspace, bringing dance moves, questionable jokes, and the kind of chaotic energy that makes class better for everyone.
Most importantly, Jamie has been with us from day zero and even before. We love and appreciate her 💚
