MINOR PREMIERS. 🏆🐻

Talk about finishing the regular season the hard way. 😂

First Grade came away with a 26–24 win over the North Beach Sea Eagles in a game that genuinely could’ve gone either way.

With the scores locked late, Matty Lansdown stepped up and slotted the penalty goal to seal the two points for the Bears.

A tight one. A tough one. But job done.

Two points secured. Regular season complete. Minor Premiership locked away. 🏆

Now the real stuff begins. 🔴⚫

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MILZY! 🐻🎉

A true servant of the Willagee Bears.

Ryan “Milzy” Mills is one of our longest-serving players, a member of the committee, the man helping drive our sponsorships, and the coach of our Women’s League Tag side.

After battling his way back from injury, Milzy is now five games back and putting together some quality footy in Reserve Grade.

Today, the League Tag girls showed their appreciation, putting on a spread and presenting Milzy with a signed ball to recognise everything he continues to give to this club.

Player. Coach. Committee member. Club man.

Thank you for everything you do, Milzy. Happy birthday, mate! ❤️🖤🐻

GAME DAY. 🐻

Coach Nelson Davis alongside his wife Billie-Jean as we head into the final game of the regular season.

One last hit-out before finals footy begins.

Time to finish the regular season strong and build some momentum heading into the business end of the year.

BACK WHERE IT ALL STARTED. 🐻

Kobi Aiesi joined the Willagee Bears this season after making the move across from North Beach Sea Eagles, and now our First Grade ho**er gets the chance to head back to familiar territory.

One of the competition’s best in the No.9 jersey, Kobi returns to the ground where he played so much of his footy, this time wearing the Bears colours.

Old home. New colours. Same job.

Get in, get the job done and bring another two points back to Willagee. 🐻🔴⚫
